Pursuant to New York Code Rules and Regulations (21 NYCRR PART 1401.9):

Any person(s) wishing to file a Freedom of Information Request, please contact Kathy McDaniel, Town Clerk and Records Access Officer at the Town Office, One Canal Street, Sherburne, NY–(607) 674-4481.    The town records are made available for inspection and copying at One Canal Street, Sherburne, New York.  There is a five (5) business day compliance date. If more time is required to access the information, you will be notified
